Refunds & Exchange

At OREIMA Jewelry, we adhere to a strict non-refundable policy for all purchases under any circumstance, Also OREIMA Jewelry doesn’t accept any Returns with the exception of items found to be faulty due to manufacturing flaws.

Our policy accepts faulty items for exchange only if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault becomes apparent within 3 days after delivery. Items returned under the faulty category will undergo inspection, and those displaying fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We are only able to process exchanges for faulty items if we have the same item in stock. If you'd like to proceed with an exchange, please reach out to our office within 3 days of your purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please send an email to info@oreimajewelry.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process. We kindly ask you to return items in their original OREIMA Jewelry packaging.

Please keep in mind that shipping returns, duties, tax reclaims, or any other costs related to the Return are the customer's responsibility and are not under the responsibility of OREIMA Jewelry.

Please be advised that any engraved, personalized or custom-made OREIMA creations may not be exchanged.
